Order Status

After you've placed your order

Once you have submitted an order via our website, we want to keep you informed of your order status as it makes its way through our dispatch process.

To do this, the following confirmation emails will be sent to the email address used to setup your account:

  1. Order Confirmation - includes order number and items purchased.
  2. If you have chosen a payment option other than Credit Card or PayPal you may receive a series of Payment Reminder Notices as we wait for monies to be received. (Please note that any orders where payment is required to be sent or transferred will not be processed until the monies have been received and the funds have been cleared in our account).
  3. Shipping Notification - advising that your parcel has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre and indicates what items are included.
  4. Tracking your parcel - Your Shipping Notification will also contain the Tracking Code for your parcel. You can also retrieve your Tracking Code from your Order History in My Account. Click here to sign in and retrieve your number.
